Upon acceptance I will send you an invoice to the paypal email you provide.
If you aren't accepted, please do not fill out another form for at least 2 weeks. (spamming won't make me more likely to accept) you are MORE than welcome to try again though! Unless I specify that it's something I won't accept.
Disclaimer
Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty and size of each piece.
The artist accepts the payment when the piece has begun. This is for two reasons, 1: It gives clients peace of mind, knowing that there is no money "on the line" while they wait for the artist to begin work. And 2: It gives the artist peace of mind, knowing that if the client were to be dishonest, the artist wouldn't have spent too much time on the piece.
Due to how my payment structure works, all payments are non refundable, except in extremely situational circumstances.
In the case of a client not paying the amount due, a paypal trouble ticket will be opened, and the client will be blacklisted.
The artist will rarely accept split payments, please discuss it before filling out a form.
Commissions under $99 dollars will have no revisions made to them (unless it is a matter of accuracy to the characters design/features. The artist always promises accuracy when it comes to the characters details/features, and if accuracy hasn't been met, please do not hesitate to contact the artist for a free revision. The artist is VERY BAD about missing details, and often misses key features of THEIR OWN CHARACTERS so PLEASE do not be offended if the artist misses something or forgets to render a part of your commission, simply let the artist know and they will happily fix that up for you. The artist wants you to get the proper value out of the work and would never try to purposefully take advantage of that!)
In terms of revisions, the artist would prefer if the client listed all requested changes all at once, this is because sending 8, 12, or more Work In Progress images back and forth, making small changes along the way is exhausting and wastes the artists time, as well as prevents the client from receiving their product within the regular wait times.
Additionally, the artist will only provide 3 changes, any more than that will infer an additional fee of up to $20 per change. Again, this doesn't include character accuracy changes, those will be provided for free so long as the client lists the changes in a timely manor as well as in a list format, rather than 1 per email.
Please Note: The artist is unfortunately prone to forgetting some character details (earrings, tattoo, markings, etc) and can sometimes place the detail on the wrong side (tattoo or piercing on wrong side) please, please inform the artist of this mistake, and please do not take offence to the mishap, it is something the artist is working on, but even still makes the mistake on her own characters that she designed herself. It isn't a personal attack, and accuracy IS important to the artist.
Changes in the pose and composition will only be made during the sketch stage, changes in color only during the flats stage.
The Artist may choose to ignore any wishes for change after this. Again, unless it's related to the characters features, IE: A forgotten bracelet, weapon holster on wrong side of the hip, etc, but even then a change that is too severe will incur an additional cost.
If a client requests an image with colored lighting, the client must understand that the base color of their character will look different than normal. For example, a gray character in a dark room with one blue light will not appear gray, but instead blue. And a blue character with yellow light will appear green-ish. If this isn't something that the client understands then please do not order commissions of this type from the artist. Please note: this is speaking purely about images ONLY lit by a colored light. Images that have white/natural lighting with an additional colored light wouldn't work as described above.
The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate or other reasons at any given time.
Any characters designed by the artist for a piece is owned by the artist, said characters can be then used and recycled by the artist at any time, the client does not own any rights to that unique character, and may not claim ownership of or use it in any other pieces commissioned by any other artists without permission from the artist.
The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works.
If the transaction is cancelled by the artist up to 30% of the overall price may be kept from the payment, this would occur in situations such as (but not limited to): Work had already been started, client refused communication, preliminary work, holding a slot for an extended period of time, or any combination of the previously listed. At which time the artist would refund 70% or more of the total price if applicable. If the client has yet to make any sort of payment to the sent invoice, a trouble ticket through Paypal may be issued.
If the transaction is cancelled by the client, 20-50% of the full payment may be kept depending on the progress of the work.
If I (the artist) am providing a service for the client, and the client has a "TOS" that does not comply with the artists, the artists TOS is the only terms applicable to our transaction as the artist (myself) is the one providing the service for the client.
The Client must read, understand and agree to all these terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist.
By sending payment, the Client agrees to the terms.
Payment
I accept USD only.
If you wish to tip me please add it onto the invoice in the "add tip" section, or send the money as a "gift" -do not send tips as a "service".
All tips are non refundable.
Copyright
The client will always hold 100% of the rights to their characters original design/concept, and in no way will I infringe upon that. I do, however, retain all reproduction rights to the images I produce (unless specified in a special contract).
Commissioners may also display their commissioned work on their Furaffinity accounts, collection folder on Weasyl and SoFurry, but not DeviantArt. The client may also use them as icons, print them out (for personal use), etc so long as there's a link back to my Furaffinity page (and preferably my submission of the piece as well)
What won't/will you draw?
FAVORITE things to draw
Characters with fur, swords/knives/daggers, tongues, eyes, LGBTQ+ themes and more.
WON'T
Adult themed Ferals (unless it's a clearly a fantasy creature, such as, but not limited to, Dragons), vehicles, unrealistically over weight characters (I WILL do overweight characters, but not exaggeratively so), sexualized baby furs/children, Minions, Disney/Marvel characters, Batarians, Vorcha, and Dolphin characters.
WILL
Moderate blood/gore, Aliens, Mass Effect Characters, feral/animals, pets, work off of description (sometimes. Ask), fanart (ask), Muscles, Overweight, Pretty much any animal, object or content so long as it isn't illegal (IE: Disney).
Adult work (Fairly open, but a bit picky, feel free to discuss your idea with me! If it is an 'unusual' situation, please be delicate with the initial question as to not take me off guard, thank you!).
I will do pretty much any kind of character, challenging characters and themes are my specialty!
Just ask if you're unsure!
References
You may give me references, but I have a few "rules" when it comes to these. I will NOT directly copy another artists pose, style, or composition/placement of objects. I can do a similar pose, in my own style with a similar composition (the two images will end up being different visually, but should have a similar angle/atmosphere/feel to it)
Also, I will not "color pick" if you give me a reference for the colors, I will choose colors as closely as possible, but I will not just grab the colors from the image, just a personal preference.
Sharing my work
Yes, you are more than welcome to share my artwork! HOWEVER, leave a LINK back to one of my galleries, or my website home page! Additionally, do not add, or post to a site that adds a Watermark to any of my art pieces (Ex: DeviantArt, iFunny, etc). Do not claim my work as your own, no posting it to sites that give the poster copywrite (IE: DeviantArt), and of course no tracing/altering my work for any public means.
Additionally, NO UPLOADING MY ARTWORK INTO AI, NFT'S, OTHER FUNGIBLE TOKENS, or using my work for ANYTHING commercially.
