NOTE:
Last updated: March 15th, 2022
1.) To receive first access to slot openings, access to a unique slot, receive a 10% discount and more, see my PATREON.
2.) Updates will be posted to my TRELLO. I use Trello as a centralized location for ALL updates, including: commission progress, slowdowns, unexpected days off, etc. I will NOT be posting commission openings there however.
3.) Once slots close I then contact everyone who sent a form in, to let each person know whether or not they were accepted. If you AREN'T accepted, that is NOT because I dislike your character or idea, it's really just the luck of the draw on what I'm interested in at the time. If you were NOT accepted, please wait 2 weeks before filling one out again, but please do try again! My slots are 50/50 first come first serve and artists choice. The closer you are to the top, the more likly you are to be chosen, but first in line doesn't have a guarenteed slot.
4.) Upon acceptance, I will also ask for any additional information that may be needed as well as provide an accurate quote. The quote provided via my form is an ESTIMATE ONLY. I will send a price breakdown that will separate all the costs so it's clear what you are being charged for. Then I will send an Invoice to the provided Paypal address.
All invoices are sent with the option to pay 50% of the invoice automatically. If you would prefer to pay 50% upfront and the rest at the sketch OR colorpass stage that is perfectly acceptable, feel free to utilize this feature!
5.) A card will be added to my Trello (see Queue tab above) with your username (Let me know if you'd prefer to stay anonymous), clicking on the card will provide more information of where I am at in the process. You will also be sent a silly sketch showing layout, general pose and placement and later a clean sketch with flatcolors for approval via email. More WIPs than that are either a courtesy and don't require approval (IE: I will continue work on the piece, rather than wait for your response), or may incur an additional cost, please check my TOS for more information.
-The sketch stage is when you should request position, pose, item locations, scene or composition changes. The clean sketch with flatcolors is when you should request marking adjustments, missing features, colors, etc. (These are just an example, and by no means an absolute rule).
6.) Upon completion I will email you a small upload version, and a large personal use file. What you can do with Personal use files is anything that only you, yourself would use it for-with the exception of posting publicly. If you wish to color or edit any of my images either ask, or keep it private. You may not commission another artist to color/paint over any of my art without my permission. If I missed any spots to render, or details on your character, please kindly let me know as it's a simple mistake I make often, even on my own personal work!
7.) And that's it! Enjoy!
-If you have any additional questions about my process feel free to contact me!
